The Integrative Medicine CUP (IMCUP) Clinic is an outpatient clinic that offers evidence-based integrative care to the underserved and uninsured populations of Southern Arizona.
Our aim is to help our patients feel their best by caring for their mind, body, and overall well-being. We combine the best of conventional medicine with complementary therapies to create a care plan that fits the needs and goals of all our patients.
What is integrative medicine?
Integrative medicine focuses on the whole person. It blends traditional medical treatments with proven alternative approaches such as nutrition, stress management, mind-body techniques, and lifestyle changes to support healing and long-term wellness.
We work with every patient to understand their health story, listen to their concerns, and help build treatment plans.
The Team
Our team includes medical students, fellows, and attending physicians specially trained in both conventional and alternative medicine. Together, we provide compassionate, personalized care for a variety of chronic health conditions, including but not limited to:
- Diabetes
- Chronic pain
- Mental health concerns
- Weight management
At IMCUP, patients receive comprehensive, one-on-one care focused on health, wellness, and prevention.
Our Services
We offer comprehensive patient evaluations from physicians trained in
Integrative Medicine. Our physicians will work with you to evaluate your
individual health concerns and promote long-term wellness. All services are
free and designed for uninsured individuals.
Individual Integrative Medicine Visits
- One-on-one consultations with integrative medicine-trained physicians and fellows
- By referral and appointment only
- Available only to patients without insurance (including AHCCCS)
Group Education Sessions
- Free community sessions focused on prevention and wellness
- Topics include stress management, nutrition, and mind-body techniques
- No appointment needed — walk-ins welcome!
